A Personalised Approach to Therapy
I’m based in Kendal, on the edge of the beautiful Lake District, where I enjoy spending time outdoors with my black Labrador, Mya, who often joins me on my runs through the fells.
I know first hand how frustrating it can be when pain or injury holds you back from doing the things you love.
That’s why my mission at Mark Addison Sports Therapy is simple: to help you move better, recover faster, and return to your favourite activities as soon as possible.
A Holistic and Evidence-Based Practice
My journey into sports therapy began with a deep curiosity about the body – how it moves, how it recovers, and how it can be optimised for peak performance. I became a certified sports therapist in 2022, driven by a desire to combine my personal experience as an athlete with expert therapeutic techniques.
To further enhance my practice, I pursued additional training in medical acupuncture in 2023, broadening the range of treatments I can offer to support your recovery and well-being.
